In case that our customer who is Professional Investor under Article 2, section 31(4) of Financial Instruments and Exchange Law (hereinafter regarded as "Professional Investor") offers to change his or her status to customer other than Professional Investor (hereinafter regarded as "Amateur Investor") in accordance with Article 34, section 2(3) of Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and Article 54 of Cabinet Office Ordinance in regard to financial product transaction and we approved such offer, the ending date of period we regard such Professional Investor as Amateur Investor,

In case that our customer who is Amateur investor offers to change his or her status to Professional Investor in accordance with Article 34, section 3(2) of Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and Article 58 and 63 of Cabinet Office Ordinance in regard to financial product transaction and we approved such offer, the ending date of period we regard such Amateur Investor as Professional Investor
